As I sit here playing my remastered ICO/SOTC collection, I can’t help but think what other games I’d like to see remastered. One of my all time favorite games was Link’s Awakening on Gameboy, and even though it received a color version (Color DX version) I still feel it needs another go.

That’s when I remembered…”Hey wasn’t some fellow working on such a project?” And viola, I found it! Developed by ‘Xfixium’ this remake throws a bit of color and panache to the old game. The sprites are re-rendered and it has a very ‘Link to the Past’ feel.

Update: I have only played it for an hour…but it hasn’t won me over. I think I still prefer the DX version. What about you guys?
